These extremely moist and vegan muffins are loaded with fiber, pumpkin, healthy fats and no refined sugar. I love raisins in bran muffins but feel free to leave them out or alternatively you can use cranberries. This is one muffin you don’t have to feel guilty about eating. Enjoy.
